Air conditioning and heat are provided, and are self controlled for your comfort and personal preference.
This lovely large room is on the Third Floor corner surrounded by windows on two walls overlooking the entire length of the harbor, with french doors lead out to a 16' extended semi-private covered deck complete with white wicker furniture.
